1. Using Our Service

Myrlo provides a role-playing voice AI application for immersive, interactive entertainment. You agree to use our Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and not for any unlawful purpose.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use our Service.

You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your account and you agree you will not sell, transfer, license or assign your account, username, or any account rights.

When using our Service, you agree that you will not:

• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the operation, security, or integrity of the Service or app
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other users' accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Service
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or breach any security or authentication measures

You also agree to comply with our Content Policy, which outlines acceptable use guidelines and prohibited content. Violation of the Content Policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Data Retention

Myrlo allows you to engage in role-playing conversations with our AI characters. Your conversations are stored in our database, and any generated images are stored through our cloud service provider. This content is retained for a minimum of 90 days, unless you choose to delete it earlier through the app. You can manage and delete your content at any time through your account settings. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

3. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service may be billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). All subscriptions are processed and managed through Apple's App Store billing system. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it through your Apple App Store account settings. Brandon Diaz LLC does not directly process subscription payments and is not responsible for any billing issues, refunds, or payment disputes. All subscription management, cancellations, and refund requests must be handled through the Apple App Store in accordance with Apple's terms and policies.

4. Advertising

Myrlo displays advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks, including but not limited to AdMob. By using the Service, you consent to the display and operation of these advertisements.

Third-party advertising networks may collect certain information about your device and usage patterns to serve relevant advertisements. These networks operate according to their own privacy policies and terms of service, which are separate from ours. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these advertising networks to understand how they collect and use your information.

You acknowledge that we do not control the content of advertisements displayed through third-party networks and are not responsible for the products, services, or content advertised by third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (including Stories, Lore, Codex Entries, AI Characters, and related items), branding, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Brandon Diaz LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or request account deletion via the app or by contacting us.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Brandon Diaz LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content; or (v) any issues related to third-party services, including but not limited to Apple's App Store billing system or third-party advertising networks, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

8. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

Brandon Diaz LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
