When you use Myrlo, we collect only the information necessary to provide and improve our services:
- Authentication Data
- If you choose Sign in with Apple, we receive an authentication token and an email address. If you enable Apple's Hide My Email, the address is an anonymous relay email. This data is used only to create and maintain your account.
- Persona Data
- You may create fictional characters, names, avatars, and other roleplay details ("Personas"). These are user-generated and treated as part of the app experience. Unless you include real information in a Persona, this data is not considered personally identifiable.
- Error Reporting and Usage Data
- We collect anonymized logs, crash reports, and performance metrics to help us fix issues and improve the app.
- Subscription and Payment Data
- Purchase and subscription activity is processed by our trusted partner RevenueCat. We do not store or process your payment details directly.
2. Purpose of Data Collection
The information we collect is used for:
- Providing secure login and account access
- Supporting your roleplay experience in the app

Because accounts are anonymized, we cannot always locate or delete an account based on your email address. If you wish to delete your account, you must use the "Delete Account" option available within the app. This will permanently remove your account, Personas, and any associated data from our systems.

We take appropriate technical, administrative, and physical measures to safeguard your information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. These include encryption, access controls, and secure infrastructure.
