Myrlo is an adult-oriented role-playing AI service designed for users aged 18 and over. We recognize that our users engage with our platform for creative expression and immersive storytelling, which may include mature themes. Users have the discretion to explore content that aligns with their preferences within the boundaries outlined in this policy.

While we support creative freedom, we maintain strict guidelines to ensure our platform is not used for illegal, harmful, or exploitative purposes. This Content Policy outlines what is not permitted on Myrlo.

Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on Myrlo. Users who attempt to generate, share, or engage with prohibited content may face immediate account suspension or termination.

1. Content Involving Minors

Absolutely prohibited: Any sexually explicit content involving minors or characters depicted as minors. This includes:

• Characters explicitly described or contextualized as being under 18 years of age
• Characters depicted as children, adolescents, or juveniles
• Characters placed in settings that suggest they are underage (e.g., high school, middle school)
• Any sexualization of childlike characteristics or scenarios

Important: All AI characters provided by the Myrlo platform are intended to be depicted as adults over the age of 18. Users must not attempt to recontextualize characters as minors or engage in any content that sexualizes minors.

2. Real-World Individuals

Attempting to recontextualize AI characters as identifiable real-world individuals is prohibited, regardless of whether:

• The individual has provided consent
• The individual is a public figure or celebrity
• The content is meant as parody or satire

This policy protects the privacy and dignity of real people and prevents misuse of their likeness.

3. Hateful Content

Content that exists for the purpose of promoting, glorifying, or inciting hatred towards any individual or group is prohibited. This includes content based on:

• Race, ethnicity, or national origin
• Religion or religious beliefs
• Gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation
• Disability or medical condition
• Any other protected characteristic

While fictional conflicts and antagonistic characters are permitted in storytelling contexts, content created primarily to express or promote real-world hatred is not allowed.

4. Animal Abuse Content

Sexually explicit content involving realistic animals is prohibited. This policy applies to depictions of real animals and realistic animal characteristics.

Fantasy creatures, anthropomorphic characters, and fictional beings that do not resemble realistic animals are not subject to this restriction.

5. Excessively Extreme Content

Content that is excessively extreme, graphic, or otherwise deemed "Not Safe For Life" (NSFL) is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to:

• Graphic depictions of extreme violence or gore created for shock value
• Content depicting torture or extreme suffering created for gratification
• Other content that, at our sole discretion, is determined to be inappropriate for the platform

We recognize that mature storytelling may include dark themes, violence, or disturbing elements. This policy targets content that goes beyond narrative purpose into gratuitous extremity.

6. Intellectual Property Infringement

Attempting to recontextualize AI characters provided by the platform to represent copyrighted characters, settings, or intellectual property owned by third parties is prohibited. Users must not attempt to use our AI characters as substitutes for protected intellectual property without authorization.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to monitor content generated on the platform to ensure compliance with this policy. We may remove or restrict access to any content that violates these guidelines, and suspend or terminate accounts that engage in repeated or severe violations. Myrlo may also report illegal content to the appropriate law enforcement authorities. All determinations regarding policy violations are made at our sole discretion.

Content Moderation

We employ a combination of automated systems and human review to enforce this Content Policy. While we strive to prevent prohibited content from being generated, we cannot guarantee that all violations will be caught in real-time.

Appeals

If you believe your account was suspended or content was removed in error, you may submit an appeal by contacting us at [your appeals email]. We will review appeals on a case-by-case basis.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Content Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use of Myrlo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Age Verification

By using Myrlo, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. Users who misrepresent their age will have their accounts terminated immediately.
